Geometry:
Today we reviewed Sections 10.4-10.7.  Students were given answer keys for the homework last night and during the day they either worked on the review packet I gave them or created a formula sheet regarding the surface area, lateral area and volume for a prism, cylinder, cone and a pyramid.
Here is the key for the review packet.  If you have any questions, please email me at jpspeer@ilstu.edu.  Have a great weekend!

Also, with regards to the problems on Pg. 709 from the night before, the answers are:
For #7, 1440(pi) cubic inches.
For #12, 224(pi) cubic inches. (Hint: The smaller cone is taken out of the larger cone, thus having a hole there...)
For #14, 90 cubic meters.
For #16, Volume = 10,125 cubic feet OR Volume = 375 yards cubed. (Hint: If 1 yard = 3 feet, then 1 cubic yard = (3)^3 cubic feet, or 27 cubic feet.)

Homework:
Review packet.  Study for quiz on Monday covering Sections 10.4-10.7.
